This policy explains what information Jannan Tamou, REALTOR®, Real Estate Salesperson with Prestige Realty, Inc. (“we” or “Homes By Jan”) collects through jansellsaz.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. If you use our contact form or email or call us, we receive what you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, when you hope to move, what you are looking to do, and your message.
• Calculators. The mortgage calculator runs in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in server logs used for security and reliability.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or sell advertising based on your activity. If we add analytics or similar tools, we will update this policy.

How we use information

• To respond to your questions and requests, and to provide real estate services you ask for

• To meet legal and professional record-keeping obligations

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, such as our website host (Vercel) and our email delivery provider (Resend), and with lenders, title companies or other professionals when you ask us to connect you. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or email transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing JanTHomeSales@gmail.com. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, such as government agencies and community sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
