Homes By Jan wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA where reasonably possible.
What we do
- Use semantic page structure, headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate
- Provide keyboard access to menus, forms and links, with visible focus indicators
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images
- Keep text readable with strong color contrast and resizable type
- Respect reduced-motion settings so animations are minimized if you prefer
Ongoing work
Accessibility is ongoing, and some pages or content may not yet meet every guideline, especially older content or third-party material. We review the site and fix issues as we find them.
